The swan lake story:
The story speak of a Prince who just reached the age of mariage. A bal is organized in order to find him a wife.
A day prior, he sees a flock of white bird in the sky and decide to follow them. He ends up near a lake, takes his crossbow and prepare to shoot when one of the swan transforms into a beautiful young lady, Odette.
She has been cursed to turn into a swan and can turn back into her human form only at nightfall, on the shores of this enchanted lake. Only a vow of eternal love could break the curse of the evil sorcerer.
The prince and Odette fall in love. The following night, during the ball held for the prince, the sorcerer shows up at the festivity with his daughter Odile.
Thanks to her father's power, Odile takes on the appearance of the beautiful Odette.
The prince falls in the trap and vows his eternal love to Odile, offering mariage.
Understanding too late his mistake, the prince rushes to the shore of the enchanted lake. It is too late and the curse can no longer be broken. In despair, they decide to end their life together and jump into the lake.
